북괴의 불법 미사일 발사 응징으로, 미국 더 봉쇄정책 족쇄를 더 강하게 채우겠다고 발표 했다.
며칠전 뉴스에는, 북괴가 기념우표를 발행했는데, 우표의 사진에는 LittleMan,김정은과 Trump대통령만 보였고, 문재인은 없었다.
실상은 문재인이가 Bridge역활을 해서 외국까지 원정하면서 트럼프와 김정은이가 정상회담을 했었는데.... 대접은 고사하고, '삶은 소대가리'라는 욕설을 들었어도, 문재인은 '헬렐레...'로 일관 했었다. 통일부장관은 전대협출신에 주사파 대부 이인영이가 하고 있으니 뻔한 결과가 아니겠는가.

김정은이가 전세계, 심지어 중국으로 부터도 불법 미사일 발사 비난을 받으면서도, 고집스럽게 쏘아내는 그근본 이유는 뭘까? 그렇게 해서 주민들의 삶의 질이 낳아지기를 하나? 아니면 국제적으로 꼬마 김정은의 나라 북괴의 위상이 올라가나? 그래서 한국의 운명이 잘돼고 못돼고는 나라를 통치하는 통치자를 어떤자가 하느냐에 100% 달려 있는 것이다. 북괴 정권과 우리 한국 정부 창설과는 거의 같은 시기였으며, 창설당시의 남북한간의 경제적 격차는 북한이 훨씬 더 풍부하고 풍요로웠었다. 그러나 지금은 남은 지구상에서 G8국가군에 진입해 있고, 북괴는 지구상에서 가장 못사는 라들 중에서 두번째로 못살고 자유가 없고, 국민들은 배고픔에 허덕이고 있는 곳이다.

미국이 금요일 발표하기를 북한의 모든 자산에 동결정책을 발표했는데, 이유는 불법으로 지난 2월과 3월에 두번씩이나 발사한데 대한 응징으로 여겨진다.
3월에 발사한 미사일은 바이든 대통령이 취임한 이래 가장 공격적인 무기 발사였었다. 바이든 대통령의 명령발동은, 대량살상무기 개발의 지지자들과 생산업자들을 표적으로 내린것인데, 이번 봉쇄령은 일본정부가 북괴의 불법미사일 발사에 직접적으로 연관이 있는 개인9명과 4구룹에 대해 이번주에 벌과금을 부과한 이후 취해진 봉쇄정책이었다.
이번 미국정부의 단호한 봉쇄정책은, 북괴가 우주여행용 로켓발사로 위장하여, 장래에 사용하고 져하는 계획하에, 새로운 대륙간 탄도미사일로 사용하게될 로켓트를 발사한것으로 파악한후 내려진 조치 였었다.
미재무부산하 외국자산동결을 주임무로 하고 있는 Dept 발표에 의하면 금요일의 봉쇄정책 목표는, 유엔안전보장 이사회의 여러번에 걸친 결의사항을 위반하면서, 대륙간 탄도미사일과 대량살상무기개발을 하고 있는 북괴에 도움을 준 회사들을 겨냥한 것으로 확인됐다.
봉쇄정책의 대상은, 로켓트 개발부, 합장강 무역상사, 코리안 로운산 무역상사, 승리산무역상사, 그리고 운천무역상사등이 포함되여 있다.
"이번 북괴의 공격적이고 위협적인 탄도미사일 시험발사는 동북아지역과 지구촌에 대한 위협을 주는 확실한 증거로, 유엔안전보장 이사회의 여러 결의안들에 대한 위헙 행위다"라고 미재무부장관, Janet Yellen은 성명서를 발표한 것이다.
DPRK는 북한인민공화국의 공식적인 나라 이름이다.
"미국정부는, 불법 대량살상무기개발과 대륙간 탄도미사일개발을 계속하는 DPRK에 대한 응징으로 봉쇄정책을 사용하는 극단적인 강압정책을 이행하는 것이다"라는 재무장관의 설명이다.
"나는 또한 DPRK에 대한 봉쇄정책을, 일본이 이행하도록 지시했으며, DPRK가 계속적인 위협을 동북아 지역에 자행하는 행위가 계속되면, 이런 불법을 막기위해 모두가 같이 협업하여 강력히 대처할수 있는 준비를 해두어야 한다"라고 그녀는 강조했다.
좌파 문재인이가 혈맹인 미국과 동맹국인 일본과 똥창이 맞아서 같이 북괴의 위협을 막기위해 행동을 같이 해 왔다면, 이번 봉쇄정책에서도 한미일 3국은 똑같이 협업을 했을텐데.... 지난 5년간 문재인 좌파 정부의 삐딱한 동맹관계 이행으로, 문재인 정부는 미국과 일본으로 부터 완전 왕따를 당했다는 증거다. 청와대를 떠나게될 날이 불과 38일 남겨놓고 엿됐네. 인과응보인것이다.
그러나 이제는 희망이 보인다. 한미일 3국이 더 굳건한 동맹관계를 유지하면서, 대북정책을 확실하게 세워, 더이상은 불법 미사일 발사와 핵무기개발을 함부로 계속하게되면, 그댓가를 북괴는 꼭 지불하게 될것이라는점을 보여 주리라 확신한다. 5월10일 이후 부터는 완전히 달라지는 대북정책을 LittleMan은 실감할 것이다.

WASHINGTON (AP) - The U.S. imposed sanctions on five North Korean entities Friday in response to two ballistic missile tests the reclusive Asian country conducted in February and March.
The March launch was North Korea's most provocative weapons test since President Joe Biden took office.
Authorized under an existing executive order targeting producers and supporters of weapons of mass destruction, the sanctions come after Japan issued its own penalties this week on four groups and nine individuals tied to missile development.
The U.S. government determined that the launches involved a new intercontinental ballistic missile which could be used in the future, potentially disguised as a space launch.
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control said Friday's sanctions target the firms for providing support to North Korea's “development of weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missile programs, in violation of multiple United Nations Security Council resolutions.”
Sanctioned entities include the Ministry of Rocket Industry, the Hapjanggang Trading Corporation, Korea Rounsan Trading Corp., Sungnisan Trading Corp., and Unchon Trading Corp.
“The DPRK's provocative ballistic missile tests represent a clear threat to regional and global security and are in blatant violation of UN Security Council resolutions,” Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said in a statement.
DPRK is an acronym for the country's formal name, the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea
“The United States is committed to using our sanctions authorities to respond to the DPRK's continued development of weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missiles,” she said.
“I also commend Japan for their actions today against the DPRK, and stand ready to continue to work together to counter the DPRK's continued threatening behavior.”
