쏟아지는 비난속에, 북괴가 UN산하기구 군비확산방지기구의 회장이 됐다. 고양이한테 부뚜막을 맡기는게 더 낳았을걸...

 금년 들어서만, 수십번 불법 탄도미사일 발사에, 지금 핵무기실험까지 할 계획을 선포하고 있는 북괴에게, 유엔 산하기구의 하나인 군비확산방지기구의 회장이 됐는데, 이는 북괴가 잘나서가 아니고, 순번제에 따라 이번이 북괴가 회장직을 담당해야할 차례가 됐기에 맡겨 졌다고 하는데....;.

차라리 고양이에게 부뚜막을 지키라고 하는게 더 안전할것 같다는 생각뿐이다. 이럴바에야 왜 유엔 조직을 운영해야 하는지? 북한은 김정은이를 비롯한 그들만이 즐겨사용하는 엘리트 구룹이 김정은이의 명령을 받들어, 인민들을 더 지옥을 몰아넣는만큼 엘리트 구룹에 들어있는 자들은 더 많은 혜택을 받고 살아가기에, 김돼지를 비롯한 이들 엘리트 구룹들의 생활상은 서방세계의 그어느나라 정치꾼들 보다 호화판 생활을 하고 있는것이다. 

UN주재 북한대사 '한태성'의 얼굴에서는개기름이 번지르 하다. 그만큼 그는 초화판 생활을 본인뿐만 아니라 가족들까지도, 북한의 불쌍한 주민들이 연명해야할 식량을 비롯한 모든 특권을 즐기고 있다는 증거다. 

일반 주민들은 Pandemic이 확산일로에 있는 중에도, 백신한번 접종못하고 저세상으로 가는 숫자가 새로 태어난 신생아들 보다 더 많다고 하는데.... 엘리트들에게는 오히려 그런 주민들이 걸리적 거리는 존재로 보여져 더 박해를 가하고, 백신접종도 국가적 차원에서 방역대책을 세우지 않고, 그래서 정확한 통계자료도 발표한 적이 없이 지내는, 아주 태평한 나라일 뿐이다. 백신무료 공급을 한국을 비롯한 많은 서방국가들이 제안하고 있으나, 김정은 Regime은 꿈쩍도 하지 않아,  지구촌의 그 어느 누구도 그내막을 알지 못한다.  그런 나라에 군축(Disarmament)을 주선하는 회장을 맡겼다니....

지금 유엔 안전조장 이사회의, 북한(North Korea)이 핵무기 개발을 불법으로 자행하고있는 점을 들어 비난이 쏟아지고 있는 속에서 유엔산하 군축기구의 회장으로 선출되여 많은 비난이 쏟아지고 있다.  

금년에만 해도 벌써 수많은 탄도미사일을, 유엔 안전보장 이사회가 불법미사일 발사를 금지하는  결의안을 채택했는데도, 불법발사시험을 계속 자행해온 것도 모자라, 2017년부터 자제해오던 불법핵실험을 준비하고 있는 북한에 많은 비난에 쏟아지고 있는 것이다. 

2차대전 종식과 함께 만들어진, UN창설의 근본 목적은 뭐 였을까? 다시는 인류을 말살할려는 전쟁은 막아야 한다는 명제하에 전지구촌이 심기일전하여 만든 국제적 기구였는데.....

역시 강대국들의 주장에 많이 휩쓸려 끌려 다녔었다는 비난이 끝이지 않고 있으며, 특히 이념 대립에서 자유진영과 공산진영간의 정치적 싸움은 더 커지기만 했고.... 그와중에서 동구권을 비롯한 공산진영 국가들, 특히 러시아와 중국은 북괴의 불법 무기발사 실험, 핵무기 실험등등에 대한 대한민국을 비롯한 서방세계의 자제와 비난을 항상 옹호 하거나, 무관으로 일관해 왔지만..... 아무런 제재할 힘이 없어서인지? 아니면 동서진영간의 무력 충돌이 두려워서 였는지.... 암튼 유엔의 역활은 갈수록 Puppet으로 밖에 보이지 않았다. 조직의

북괴는 이러한 국제적 힘의 갈등속에서 마음데로, 북한 주민들을 내팽개친채, 그들 자신의 체제유지만을 위해, 해서는 안되는 악마짖을 한국전쟁이후로 계속 해왔었다.  그런 악당집단이, 유엔산하의 기관인 "disarmament조직의 회장국이 됐다"라는 것은, 과연 누구를 위한 짖들인지 이기회에 전인류가 한번 심도 있게 재검토해 봐야 할때가 아닐까? 

유엔운영 분담금은 서방세계가 거의 책임을 지다시피 하면서 모든 운영비를 책임(?)지다시피하고 있고, 우리 대한민국도 상위 10개국들에 버금가는 분담금을 지급하고 있는것으로 알고 있다. 과연 이런 국제기구의 운영명분은 어디로 사라진 것일까?

도적놈보고, 주인집 곡간을 지키라는 것과 뭐가 다른가?  이럴바에야 서방자유세계 전체를 아우르는 국제기구를 만들어서, 진정성있는 국제질서유지를 위해, 공산주의 나라들, 특히 북괴의 불작난을 뿌리채 뽑아야 할때가 됐다는 생각이다.  코미디도  이런 코미디는 첨본다.

GenevaNorth Korea, which is under sanctions for developing nuclear weapons in defiance of United Nations Security Council Resolutions, has taken over as head of a UN body aimed at striking disarmament deals amid scorn from critics.

This year North Korea has tested a flurry of ballistic missiles -- also banned by UNSC resolutions -- and appears to be preparing to conduct a new nuclear test for the first time since 2017.

It gained the presidency of the Conference on Disarmament because it rotates alphabetically among its 65 members.

"The DPRK remains committed to contributing to global peace and disarmament and attaches importance to the work of the conference," Ambassador Han Tae Song told the Geneva meeting, saying it was an "honor and a privilege" to hold the role.

The nuclear-armed state fired several missiles last week, including one thought to be its largest intercontinental ballistic missile.

Western envoys took turns to condemn Pyongyang's actions on Thursday, with Australia describing them as "destabilizing".

However, they did not heed a call to walk-out of the meeting as requested by dozens of NGOs, witnesses said. Instead, some diplomatic missions sent lower-level representatives than the ambassadors who would typically be expected to attend.

China and Russia veto new UN sanctions on North Korea for first time since 2006

The overall reaction from the floor was seen by observers as mild compared to the reaction to Syria's presidency of the same body in 2018. During that meeting, Canada read out the testimonies of Syrian chemical attack survivors' accounts in protest.

Hillel Neuer, executive director of UN Watch, which monitors the performance of the global body, said North Korea's chairmanship would "seriously undermine the image and credibility of the United Nations."

Expectations for this series of meetings under Pyongyang's presidency were in any case low. The Conference on Disarmament -- the world's only multilateral forum for disarmament -- has not reached a deal since the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty in 1996.

"This can only highlight the irrelevance of the CD in the current context," Marc Finaud, an expert at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, said of North Korea's role.
