김정은 큰소리 쾅콩 "삼팔선중심으로 군대배치 명령", 우리문통은 '굉장히 실망스럽다'가 남북연락사무소의 폭파를 저지른 김정은 남매의 한국정부재산 파괴에 대한 반응이었다.
우리는 누구를 더 의지해야 이난국을 헤쳐 나갈수있을 것인가? 우리대통령 문재인을 믿어야 하나? 아니면 김정은이의 말 발굽아래 엎드려 "살려줍쇼"해야 하나.
문재인 대통령의 말을 믿고 따르기에는 그가 선거공약으로 내걸고 국민들과 약속한 정책들중 지난 3년간, 그간 지킨 약속은 꼭 한가지는 뚜렸했지만, 다른 공약들은 한건도 지켜진게 없었다. 그한가지는 "지금까지 경험해 보지 못한 새로운 나라를 만들겠다"였는데, 그실적이 국민들을 불안에 떨게하는 망국적 정책이었음을 5천만 국민들이 지금은 이해하고 있다. 경제폭망, 실업율증가, 기업들 흔들어서 수출못하게 한 혐의, 청와대 대통령이 아닌 광화문대통령약속의 불이행, 모든 국가적 사안은 국민들앞에 서서 손수 다 보고하겠다는 공약 불이행....등등.
대한민국 재산을 한마디 통고도없이 잿더미로 만들고도, 또 이번에는 군대를 DMZ 에 배치하겠다고 북은 남한을 괴롭힌다. 북괴의 정규군들이 DMZ와 개성공업단지내에 배치될것이라고 선언했다. 이곳 즉 개성지역의 남북연락사무소와 공업지역은 한국정부의 완전재정지원과 기술로 완성되여 몇년간 운영하다, 지난 수년전부터 북괴의 생트집으로 남한측 기업 직원들이 생산활동을 하기에 신변의 위협을 느껴 패쇄시킨후 벌써 수년이 지났었다.
북한은 미국과 정상회담에서 합의한 사항, 남북정상들간에 합의한 9.19평화협정을 한것도 이행하지 않아, 결국 미국이 중심이된 북괴에 대한 경제 봉쇄정책을 발표하여, 경제적으로 목을 꽉죄어오고 있는중으로, 그화풀이를 위에 언급한 두가지 남한재산을 폭파시키는것으로 나타낸것이다.
그것뿐만이 아니고, 북은 군사훈련을 재개하고, 남북평화협정이행에 따라 철거시켰던 GP 를 다시 설치하고, 삼팔선 국경지역의 DMZ안에 군대를 주둔시키고, 흑색선전용 큰 풍선을 DMZ에서 남한쪽으로 날리겠다고 선언했다. 이러한 협정위반사항과 군사적위협은 2018년 9월에, 남북한간의 국경지역의 군사적긴장 상태를 완화시키기위해 맺었던 합의문에 역행하는 행위인 것이다.

통일부차관 서호는 북에 대해, 남한국민들의 재산을 아무런 통고도 없이 잿더미로 만든행위에 대한 엄중한 경고를 한다고 일갈했다.
2017년 문재인 정권이 들어선후 남북한간에 맺은 폭넓은 협정을 맺은이후 이번처럼 공갈 협박을 주고받은 경우는 전에는 없었다. 문재인은 북한이 한국을 목표로 공개적으로 새로운 무기시험발사를 했을때에도, 북에 대해 경고는 고사하고 너무도 유연한 자세로 일관해온데 대해 국민들의 맹렬한 비난에 직면해 왔었던 것이다.

지금까지 지난 3년간의 남북한간에 합의된 사항에 대한 이행은. 전부 북의 김정은 Regime이 지키지 않은 결과로 발생한 것이 모두 판명됐다. 이제 문재인 대통령은 더이상 북한과의 밀월여행, 또는 오월동주는 절대로 지속돼서는 안된다. 5천만 국민들의 생명과 안전을 지키는데 전념하시고, 북한과는 그들이 파멸되기전에는 절대로 한지붕 가족이 될수없음을 명심하시기를 충언드린다. '이에는 이, 눈에는 눈'이라는 말씀이 Bible에도 있다.
이번 남북연락사무소 폭파는, 김정은이의 건재함에 이상이 있다는 가정을 해보게된다. 그를 대신하여 여자동생 김여정이 총지휘하고 있다는 늬앙스가 풍겨난다. 그래서 그녀의 존재감을 확실히 보여주기위해, 엉뚱한곳에서 불똥이 튀어 커진 사건으로 본다. 북의 군지휘부는 어쩌면 김여정의 명령을 받들지 않을수도 있다는 예측도 해본다. 이럴때 문재인 정부의 단호한 반격이 이루어져 다시는 버르장머리없는 망난이 행동을 막아야 한다고 가정해 봤을때, 김돼지와 김여정 사이에 불협화음을 문통이 만들어줄수있는 절호의 기회라 본다. 마치 장성택이를 한방에 날려 버리듯이.....
문통은 혹시라도 "북의 핵무기...."를 염려하시는것 같은데, 절대로 사용 불가다. 사용하게 되면 모두가 전멸이라는것을 김도 알고 있기때문이다. 며칠전 핵강국인 인도와 중국이 히말라야 산맥안에서 전투를 했었는데, 그들이 사용한것은 핵은 생각지도 못하고, 김정은이가 즐겨사용하는 고사포도 사용못하고, 육박전에 나무몽둥이에 못을 박아 만든 철퇴(?)를 겨우 휘두르면서 쌍방에 많은 인명피해를 내었을 뿐이다. 핵은 힘을 과시하는, 그래서 상대방을 겁먹게 할 전시용일 뿐이다. 또 우리 뒤에는 미국이 버티고 있지 않은가.

send soldiers to now-shuttered inter-Korean co-operation sites in its
territory and reinstall guard posts and resume military exercises at
front-line areas, nullifying tension-reducing deals reached with South
Korea just two years ago.
The announcement is the latest in a series provocations North Korea has taken in what experts believe are calculated moves to apply pressure on Seoul and Washington amid stalled nuclear negotiations. On Tuesday, the North destroyed an empty inter-Korean liaison office in its territory.
Though North Korea's recent actions haven't lead to clashes or bloodshed, it's still raising animosity on the peninsula to a level unseen since Pyongyang entered nuclear talks in 2018.
The North's General Staff said military units will be deployed to the Diamond Mountain resort and the Kaesong industrial complex, both just north of the heavily fortified border. The two sites, built with South Korean financing, have been closed for years due to inter-Korean disputes and U.S.-led sanctions.
The North also said it will resume military exercises, reestablish guard posts and boost military readiness in border areas as well as open front-line sites for flying propaganda balloons toward South Korea. Those steps would reverse agreements reached between the Koreas in September 2018 aimed at lowering military tensions along the border.

announcement and warned that the North will face unspecified
consequences if it violates the 2018 deals.
Maj. Gen. Jeon Dong Jin at the Joint Chiefs of Staff told reporters that South Korea maintains military readiness and will strive to prevent military tensions from rising. Vice Unification Minister Suh Ho warned against destroying South Korean assets that remain at the two co-operation sites.
Under the 2018 agreements, both Koreas halted live-firing exercises, removed some land mines and destroyed guard posts along the world's most heavily armed border.
Some experts argued the moves undermined South Korea's security more than the North's as Pyongyang's nuclear arsenal remained intact.
North Korea will likely next dismantle South Korean-built structures, equipment and other assets at the two co-operation sites before performing military drills and firing missiles and shells toward the sea, said Cheong Seong-Chang, an analyst at the Sejong Institute, a think-tank in South Korea.
Cheong said the deterioration of ties was now "unavoidable" and South Korea might respond with the resumption of propaganda loudspeaker broadcasts and joint military drills with the United States.
Some analysts see North Korea's provocations as an attempt to get concessions from Washington and Seoul at a time when its economy, already battered by sanctions, has likely worsened due to the coronavirus pandemic. They say North Korea may be frustrated because the sanctions prevent Seoul from breaking away from Washington to resume joint economic projects with Pyongyang.

Yoon warned South Korea won't tolerate similar statements by North Korea any longer, while expressing regret over North Korea's publicizing of South Korea's offer to send envoys.
The exchange of verbal salvos between the Koreas is highly unusual under Moon's government, which has espoused greater rapprochement with North Korea since taking office in 2017. Moon has faced criticism that he was too soft on North Korea even when it publicly conducted weapons tests targeting South Korea.
