미북정상회담 2년후결과는 "군비증강하겠다"는김정은의 공갈협박뿐. 임자를 만나야 하는데... 시절이 지금 김정은이가 하고싶은말을 앞뒤 가리지 않고 마구뱉어 내기에 최적의 시기임을 간파한것 같다.
Coronavirus Pandemic과 오는 11월 초순에 있게되는 미국 대통령 선거로 무척 바쁜 트럼프대통령이 김정은의 사리에 맞이않은 망말에 일일히 대꾸한 여력이 없지 않나?라는 생각이 들기 때문이다. 문제는 군비증강을 하겠다는 김정은이의 군비자금이 어디서 흘러 들어오는지가 무척 궁금해지는데....미국은 절대 아닐테고...
지난 금요일에 보도된 북한 외무장관, 이선권은 언급하기를, 앞으로는 미국으로 부터 실질적으로 원하는바를 얻기전에는 괜히 대통령에게 선물을 안겨주는 어리석은, 고위급회담이나 공조는 없을 것이라고 발언했다.
"문제는 미국과 북한 사이의 관계를 돈독히 하기위한 실질적인 개선이 전연 없었다는점을 상기해볼때,싱가폴회담에서 함차게 악수를 하면서 정상회담을 했던 기억을 간직할 필요가 있을것인가의 여부다. 우리는 아무런 대가없이 미국대통령의 정치적 성공에 도움을 주는일은 절대로 없을 것이다. 빈껍데기 약속보다 더 위선적인것은 없다"라고 그는 작심 발언한 것이다.
또 이선권이 주장한것은 지난 2년간의 외교적 결과는 오직 미국이 "평양 정권의 교체"를 위해 뒷구멍으로 조작한것과 북한을 외부세계와 차단시켜 숨통을 끊는것과 먼저 북한에 핵공격을 감행하겠다는 위협뿐이었었다라고 선언한것이다.
"미국의 군사적 위협으로 부터 북한을 굳건히 지키기위해서는 이를 물리칠만한 군비증강을 계속적으로하는 것이다"라고.
이에 덧부쳐서 북한은 남한정부를 향해 미국이 주동이 되여 국제적으로 북한봉쇄정책 실시에 대해 미국에 항의 하도록 압력을 가하는한편, 남한정부와의 모든 협력관계를 다 중지 시키고, 폭망직전에 있는 북한 경제에 숨통을 터줄 경제부흥 프로젝트을 다시 시작해야 한다고 주장했다. 또 그는 남한정부와 2018년도에 합의한 한반도 군사협의안을 더이상 지키지않을것이라고 협박하고, 남한으로 탈북한 탈북민들이 북한독재정권을 비난하는 내용물을 담은 커다란 풍선을 임진각에서 북을 향해 띄우는것은 명백한 합의사항 불이행에 해당한다고 공갈을 치기도 했다.
북한이 미국과 한국정부와 이행하기로 합의한 사항에 대해 하나라도 지킨일이 있었나?
예를 들면 북이 운행을 중단하기로 합의한 핵연료재생공장을 아직까지도 작동시켜 핵무기만드는 원료를 뽑아내고있다. "내가하면 로맨스고, 남이 하면 불륜"의 한문장이 뜻하는바를 알고 양심이 조금이라도 있다면, 국제사회의 일원으로 행동을 하면서 대접 받기를 바라는게 상식인데....
꼴에 북한주민들이 외부세계의 동향을, 남한에서 띄운 풍선속에 들어있는 모든 정보를 보고 알게 될까봐, 그래서 폭동이라도 날까봐서, 헛튼소리를 해대는데...남한정부는 이러한 불평을 듣자마자 4시간만에, 새로운 법을 만들어서 앞으로는 풍선 띄우는자들을 색출해서 감옥에 보내겠다는 답신을 한, 통일부장관 김연철의 행동을 보면서, 그자는 과연 남자구실을 하는 물건을 제대로 달고있는 남자일까(?)라는 의심을 더 갖게 만들었다. 문대통령과 교감을 나눈후 북에 응신한것으로 믿어지기는 하나, 소신을 다 버리고, 소나 말처럼 멍애를 등에 걸치고 시키는데로 받갈이 하는 무뇌아가 아닌가? 한심한 생각만 들었었다.
버릇없이 마구 덤비는 손자새끼를 애교와 재롱으로 받아 들이던 할아버지가 참는데 한계를 느껴 인내가 Maxed out됐을때는 눈에서 별이 번쩍나도록 귀싸대기를 후려친다. 이런식의 Discipline 을 각오하고 헛소리를 해대는지는 잘 모르겠다만.... 폭발하기전에 자중하는게 좋을것이다. 그사이에 있는 아들격인 청와대와 그부하인 통일부장관은 귀싸대기 얻어맞기 원하는 버릇없는 아새끼의 비유나 마추면서, 헛배부르는 소리만 짖어대고 있으니그와중에 죽어나는것은 멍청한 국민들뿐이다.

Ri claimed the past two years of diplomacy have only revealed that the U.S. continues to pursue “regime change” in Pyongyang and threatens the North with the prospects of a preemptive nuclear strike and “isolation and suffocation.”
“The secure strategic goal of the DPRK is to build up more reliable force to cope with the long-term military threats from the U.S.,” he added.

In their 2018 summit in Singapore, the first-ever meeting between active leaders of the two countries, Kim and Trump agreed to improve bilateral relations and issued a statement on a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula without describing when and how it would occur.
But negotiations faltered during a second summit in February 2019, after the U.S. rejected North Korean demands for broad sanctions' relief in exchange for a partial surrender of the North’s nuclear capabilities.
Trump and Kim met for a third time last June at the inter-Korean border, but a subsequent working-level meeting broke down over what the North Koreans described as the Americans’ “old stance and attitude.”
Kim, who unilaterally suspended nuclear and intercontinental ballistic missile tests during talks with Washington and Seoul, entered the new year vowing to bolster his nuclear deterrent. The North in recent months has conducted a series of short-range missile tests.
In addition, North Korea has suspended virtually all cooperation with South Korea while pressuring Seoul to defy U.S.-led international sanctions and restart inter-Korean economic projects that would breathe life into the North’s struggling economy.
It also has threatened to end an inter-Korean military agreement reached in 2018 while expressing anger over South Korea’s inability to stop activists from floating anti-Pyongyang leaflets across the border.

comments from Foreign Minister Ri Son Gwon, published in state media on
Friday, come as he also said the North would never again gift Trump with

Singapore, as we see that there is nothing of factual improvement to be
made in the DPRK-U.S. relations simply by maintaining personal
