김여정, "북한최고 통치기구"멤버로 승진했단다. 이기구는 김정은이를 포함하여 전부 9명이 멤버인데, 이번에 김여정이가 최고통치기구의 멤버로 승진한것이다. 통치기구의 멤버로 승진한것은 극히 형식적이긴 하지만, 대외적으로는 확실하게 그녀가 북한을 움직이는 통치기구의 멤버가 됐다는데 의미가 큰것같다.
이번 승진보도가 있기전부터, 김여정은 중요한 정치적 리더중의 한명으로 활동하면서, 그녀의 오빠 김정은에게 가장 근접하여 조언을 해주었었다. 그러나 공식적으로 최고통치기구(SAC) 의 멤버가 됨으로써 위치가 확고해 졌음을 알려주는 신호탄으로 보면 될것 같다.

그러나 남한으로서는, 이제는 절대로 김정은, 김여정 남매들의 농간에 넘어가서는 안된다. 그들이 수십번 약속한것을 단 한번만이라도 행동으로 보여준적이 있었는가를 잘 뒤집어서 생각해 보길 권한다. 절대로 그들에게 꿀릴 이유가 우리로서는 하나도 없다. 필요시에는 깁정은, 김여정이 거처하는 처소를 정조준하여 한방 때리면 끝낼수있다는 자신감을 그들 남매에게 구두가 아닌 행동으로 보여줄 때가 충분히 됐다고 생각한다.
그들의 사기술은, 문재인같은 얼간이 정치꾼은 백명을 상대해도 다 김정은이의 놀이개깜정도밖에 안된다. 마치 손바닥위에서 뛰놀고 있는 '손오공'처럼. 만약에 또 김정은에 읍소하면 그때는 더이상 청와대에서 있게 해서는 안된다. 5천만이 살아야 하니까.
(CNN)보도에 의하면, 북한 김정은이의 여동생 여정이가 "국가통치기구"의 정식 멤버로 승진했다고 북한매체가 목요일(9월30일) 발표했다. 북한정부 대변방송 KCNA가 발표한바에 의하면, 김여정(Kim Yo Jong )이 북한공산독재정부의 최고 통치기구( SAC )의 정식 멤버로 승진했다고 발표한것이다. 이기구는 김정은이가 이끌고 있다.
다른 7명도 그녀와 함께 이번 SAC의 인사이동에서 승진했는데, 여성은 오직 정은이의 동생 여정이뿐이다. 9명의 전직 핵심 멤버들은 은퇴했거나 또는 82세의 백봉주로 김정은의 경제정책을 지난 10여년동안에 충언했던 브레인이었는데 이번에 강등된것이다. 북한군 총사령관 김정은 밑에서 북한의 무기개발 정책( weapons program)을 추진했던 이병철역시 좌천됐다. 그의 자리는 북한의 새로운 무기개발을 관장해 왔던 육군대장 박종천이 임명됐다.
이번주초에 박종천이가 북한에서 처음으로 개발한 hypersonic missile을 시험발사했던 전과정을 감독했던 자로, 그들의 주장데로 이게 사실이라면 아마도 가장속도가 빠른 무기들중의 하나일 가능성이 높은데, 전문가들의 설명에 따르면 핵탄두를 장착할수도 있을것으로 보고있다.
이번 김여정의 승진은, 김정은이가 수요일 거수기에 불과한 인민회의에서 발표하기를 남한과 통신전화 개통을 10월초에 다시 복원시킬것이라고 발표한 직후에 발표된것이다. 건방진 김정은이가 이제는 정말로 주인을 제대로 만나 호된 맛을 봐야 이렇게 남한 국민들을 좌지우지하는 헛튼 소리를 하지 못하게 그의 언행을 완전히 두둘겨 패야한다. 누가? 문재인이가 해야한다. 이이상 속지말고.
전화선은 남과북사이에 서로 오해을 해서 또는 잘못판단하여 우발적으로 발생할수있는 군사적 충돌을 방지할수 있다고 믿기 때문에 매우 중요한 설비로 간주되고 있다. 이에 대한 한국정부의 반응은 "우리는 북한의 이번 남북한간의 통신선 복구는 안정된 관계를 유지할수있는 수단으로, 기대를 하고 있는 쪽으로 대비할 준비를 할것이다"라고 통일부는 설명하고 있다.
북한은 일방적으로 지난해 6월에 남북한간의 직통전화통신선을(severed the communication lines) 잘라버렸었다. 남북한은 지난7월에 다시 전화통신을 재개통했었으나 불과 2주만에 북한은 다시 일방적으로 통신선을 절단하는 만행을 또 저질렀었다.
김여정(Kim Yo Jong)의 북한정책을 결정하는 최고 의결기구의 멤버로 승진시킨것은 북한의 통치라인에서 그녀의 역활을 공식적으로 확실하게 확인시켜준 조치인 것이다. 그녀는 그의 오빠 김정은의 가장 믿을만한 심복들중의 하나로 확정된것으로 믿어지며, 지난해 한국의 국정원에서는 그녀가 실질적으로 북한체제에서 제2인자(assessed her to be ) 역활을 하고 있는것으로 평가 했었다. 그러나 그러나 그녀의 공식적인 직함은 정확히 외부에 알려진바가 없었다.
북한의 상투적인 대남선전공작의 최고 책임자, 김여정은 2018년 한국의 평창에서 개최됐었던 동계 올림픽 참가를 위해 북한팀의 얼굴역활을 했었고, 그때 그녀는 문재인 대통령을 만나기도했었다. 그녀는 문재인과 김정은간의 첫번째(first summit )정상회담을 성사시키기위해 문재인과 같이 얼굴을 맞대고 대화를 한 점에서 점수를 땄다고 할수있었다. 또한 싱가폴에서 김정은과 미국대통령 트럼프가 정상회담을 할때 김정은의 옆을 지키기도 했었다.
2020년 국정원 관계자는 국회에서 설명하기를, 김여정이가 남한과 미국을 상대로 관계정립을 하는데 책임자로 일하고 있다고 했었다. 최근에는 북한 노동당 중앙위원회의 부위원장 자격으로, 남북한관계, 미국의 신임 바이든정부(Biden administration) 그리고 북한의 불법 미사일 발사시험을 정당화 시키는 프로파간다를 담당했었다.
지난주 김여정은 버릇없이 또 남한에 공갈 협박을 한것이다. "만약에 남한이 북남 정상회담을 포함한 북한과의 관계를 진정으로 회복되기를 원한다면 확실하게 설자리를 정하라"고 일갈했었다. 그녀는 또 남한과 미국에 대해 "북한에 적대적인 정책"을 하지 말라고 경고 했었다.
다시 강조하지만, 김정은, 김여정의 사기공갈 협박에 절대로 응해서는 안된다. "이에는 이 눈에는 눈"정책만이 우리가 살아남을수 있는 길이다.
The announcement -- published in North Korea's state-run news outlet KCNA -- said
Kim Yo Jong is now a member of the State Affairs Commission (SAC), the country's ruling body headed by her brother.
Kim Yo Jong was already one of the country's most
important political figures and a key adviser to her brother, but a seat on the SAC is the highest official position she has held.
Seven others were promoted alongside her as part of a shake-up of the SAC, though Kim Yo Jong was the only woman. Nine members were retired or demoted, including 82-year-old Pak Pong Ju, Kim Jong Un's economic policymaker for the past decade.
Ri Pyong Chol, the driver of North Korea's
weapons program and top military commander under Kim Jong Un, was demoted. His place was taken by military general Pak Jong Chon, who had been overseeing the development of new weapons for the country.
Earlier this week, Pak supervised a test of what the North claimed was its first
hypersonic missile, which -- if true -- has the potential to be one of the world's fastest and most accurate weapons, and could be fitted with a nuclear warhead, experts say.
Resumption of communication line
News of Kim Yo Jong's promotion came after Kim Jong Un told the country's rubber-stamp legislative assembly on Wednesday that he would restore discontinued communication lines with the South in early October, KCNA reported.
The lines are considered important because they can help prevent an accidental military confrontation caused by misinterpreting or miscalculating the other side's action or intention.
In response, South Korea's government said it will begin preparations and looks forward to the "restoration and stable management" of inter-Korean communications, according to the Unification Ministry.
North Korea
severed the communication lines in June last year. The two countries restored direct communication this July -- only for it to break down the following month.
Why is Kim Yo Jong's promotion significant?
Kim Yo Jong's elevation to the country's core committee of decision makers appears to officially cement her role in North Korea's leadership.
She is believed to be one of her brother's most powerful and trusted confidantes. Last year, South Korea's National Intelligence Service
assessed her to be the country's "de facto second in command" -- but her official status has always
been unclear.
As North Korea's chief propagandist, Kim Yo Jong was the face of the country's delegation at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea where she met with South Korean President Moon Jae-In. She
was credited with helping lay the groundwork for the
first summit between Moon and her brother, for which she had a seat at the table, and was at Kim Jong Un's
side in Singapore when he met then-US President Donald Trump.
In 2020, South Korea's spy agency told lawmakers she had been put in charge of relations with the South and the United States.
More recently, as vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, she has made
scathing public statements on inter-Korean relations, the new
Biden administration, and defended North Korea's missile launches.
Last week, Kim Yo Jong demanded the South make "the correct choice" if it genuinely wants reconciliation and development in inter-Korean relations, including another summit. She also warned the US and South Korea to stop their "hostile" policy against North Korea, before discussions can resume on a proposal by the South Korean President to declare an end to the war between the North and South.
But Kim Yo Jong's rise to the top has not been smooth.
Earlier this year, she was removed as an alternate member from North Korea's powerful politburo and demoted from "first vice department director" to "vice department director."
Analysts
at the time said her apparent demotion may have more to do with Kim Jong Un's focus on reshuffling the politburo to include more economic experts. Others speculated she may have taken the heat for her handling of the inter-Korean relationship last summer, when she directed North Korea's armed forces to
blow up an $8 million joint liaison office in the city of Kaesong to express Pyongyang's displeasure with Seoul.
