판문점 정상회담 다음날, 북한은 미국에 필사적으로 저주욕설 퍼부어...왜 급변했을까?상투작전.
예상을 뒤엎고, 트럼프 대통령과 김정은이가, 불과 몇시간전에 Tweet를 받고, 트럼프를 만나러 판문점까지 달려오는 어려운 걸음을 하고, 김정은이의 안내로 두 정상은 북한땅을 직접 밟는, 역사적인 순간을 만들어, 전세계의 이목을 집중 시키면서, 예상치도 않았었던 53분간의 장시간 회담을 화기애애한 분위기속에서, 서로 덕담까지 나누면서, 한국측의 자유의 집에서, 갖었던지가 불과 3일 지났다.
2-3주안에 미국측에서는 Pompeo 국무장관이 팀을 이루고, 이북에서는 이와 매칭되는 고위급( 아마도 김영철 )이 팀을 이루어, 그동안 Stall되왔었던 북한 비핵화 회담을 하기로 합의하고, 그내용이 전세계에 타전됐었다. 이회담을 진행하는 동안, 한국의 소위 말하는 전문가라는 자들은, 문통이 그회담에 끼지 못했었다고 맹비난을 퍼부어 댔었다. 그러나 문통은, 내생각으로는, Assist역활을 무난히 잘했다고 이해했고, 회담에도 참석 안하기를 잘 했었다고 생각했었다.
한국의 넋빠진 판넬들과 민주당 의원들은, 이북을 자극하지 말고, 대화로 풀어야 한다는 요지의 주장을 항상 펴왔었고, 지금도 그생각은 변치 않고 있는것으로 알고 있지만, 이런 주장을 하는사람들은, 정말로 한심하기 그지 없다는것 밖에는 다른 표현 방법이 없다.
지금까지 북한이 비핵화를 하기위해 손으로 꼽을수 없을 만큼 많은 회담을 했었고, 또 약속을 했었지만, 뒤로 돌아서서는, 이해가 되지않는 핑계를 대고, 바로 회담 당사자들( 미국과 한국)을 비난해온 그들의 행적을 봤을때, 대화로 풀어야 한다는 주장을 계속 되풀이만 하는, 문통을 비롯한 민주당사람들, 그리고 종편 뉴스에 나와서 떠들어대는 Panel들의 주장은, "얌전하게 잠자고 있는 맹수에게 접근해서 먹이를 주면 된다"는 허무맹랑한 논리를 편다. 발톱을 감추고 있는 맹수의 본성이 그렇타면 얼마나 좋을까?
평화롭게 먹을것 걱정없이 살아가는 자기네들 삶의 질을 그대로 이북 Regime에 대입해서 생각하는, 너무도 바로같은 헛소리들을 내뱉는 그들에게 간곡히 묻고 싶다.
"친구간에 또는 이웃간에 돈거래를 해왔는데, 한번도 갚지를 않고, 계속 돌아다니면서 돈빌려준 당신들을험담하고, 위협하고, 공갈치고 다니는것을 보면서도, 관계를 유지하기위해 계속 돈빌려주고,대화를 해야 한다고 주장한다. 그나마 그주장이라도 관심있게 들어주고 응한다면 얼마나 좋겠느냐만은..." 이게 현실인것을.
이북이 비난하는 내용은 정상회담에서는 상상도 못했던, 잠자다가 봉창두드리는 억지이유를 부쳐 약속했던 비핵화협상은 안하겠다는 그들의 심보를 드러낸것이다.
즉 북측의 대표단은 트집 잡기를 미국이 2017년에 맺은 석유수입량의 상한선을 일방적으로 깼다는 것과 또 미국을 비롯한 불란서, 독일, 영국을 포함한 모든 UN회원국들에게 경제봉쇄 정책을 준수해줄것과 외국에 나가서 외화벌이를 하는 북한 노동자들을 퇴출 시켜야한다는 요지의 협조문을 보냈다는것이다. 잠자던 소가 웃을 헛된 소리들을 태연하게하는것이다.
경제봉쇄정책 준수는, 이번 정상회담이 끝난후에 이어진 기자회견에서도, 트럼프 대통령은 "경제봉쇄정책은 그대로 준수할것이며, 비핵화의 협상을 하기위해 전제조건으로 풀어줄 사항이 아니다라고 선을 그었었다.
한국정부는 정신차리고, 앞으로는 절대로 북한이 약속한 비핵화를 이행하고, 믿을만한 성의를 보일때까지는 절대로 이북에 퍼주어서는 안된다. 김때충의 햇볕정책을 이행하는 차원에서 이북에 퍼준 그돈이 지금은 핵무기와 탄도미사일로 변해 한국을 비롯한 미국본토를 향해 날아갈 태세를 갖추고 있는, 그 위협이 사라지지 않는한, 인도적 차원이라는 미명하에, 퍼주어서는 안된다. 북한주민들의 인권은 뒤로밀어놓고, 절대적으로 인도적 차원의 원조가 우선이라는 좌파 문통정부의 행동과 괴변은 이제는 그만해야 한다.
트럼프는 북한의 모든 실상을 잘 꿰뚫고, 북한비핵화추진을위한 협상을 잘 진행하고있다고믿는다.
그의 한마디가 이를 증명한다. "나는 서두르지 않는다"라고. 경제봉쇄 정책이 현재처럼 준수되면, 이북은 경제가 붕괴되여 고사하게될것임을 그가 알고 있기 때문이다. 동맹국 한국정부는 미국과 공조하여 비핵화를 꼭 이룰수 있도록 같은 행동과 목소리를내야한다. 이길만이 5천만국민들이 편안히 평화롭게 살수있는길이다.

North Korea has accused the US of
being "hell-bent on hostile acts", despite a recent agreement between
the two countries to resume nuclear talks.
Pyongyang's delegation to the United Nations said on Wednesday that the US was "obsessed with sanctions".
This
comes days after the countries' leaders held a historic meeting in the
heavily fortified demilitarised zone (DMZ) which divides the two Koreas. Donald Trump became the first sitting US president to set foot in the North.
And
after talks that lasted for almost an hour, the pair agreed to set up
teams to resume stalled negotiations on denuclearisation.
But the
latest North Korean statement marks a shift in tone and a return to the
angry exchanges that have marred relations between the countries in
recent times.
North Korea also accused Washington of attempting to "undermine the peaceful atmosphere" on the Korean peninsula.
What did North Korea say?
The
North Korean delegation said it was responding to a US allegation that
it had breached a cap on refined petroleum imports that was set in 2017.
It
also said it was responding to a joint letter sent by the US, France,
Germany and the UK to all UN member states that called on all countries
to comply with sanctions on North Korea, including the repatriation of
North Korean workers home.
"What can't be overlooked is the fact that this joint letter
game was carried out by the permanent mission of the United States to
the UN under the instruction of the state department, on the very same
day when President Trump proposed [a] summit meeting," the statement
read.
"[It] speaks to the reality that the United States is
practically more and more hell-bent [on] hostile acts against the DPRK
[North Korea]."
"All UN member states will have to keep vigilance
against deliberate attempts by the United States to undermine the
peaceful atmosphere that has been created on the Korean Peninsula," it
said.
Pyongyang added that it was "quite ridiculous" for the US to view sanctions as a "panacea for all problems".
The US has yet to respond to the statement.
Why has the atmosphere changed so quickly?
North Korea's harsh language is a powerful corrective to the euphoria prompted by President Trump's brief steps across the DMZ.
It's
also a reminder, as another phase of diplomatic contacts beckons, that
negotiating with Pyongyang is never going to be easy.
On the face
of things, neither side has fundamentally shifted its position, though
there are reports that inside the Trump team there are discussions about
pursuing a more limited initial objective to freeze Pyongyang's nuclear
programme rather than to seek full denuclearisation.
But North Korea still wants to get tangible economic gains upfront and is evasive about mothballing its nuclear programme.
And its leader may have been strengthened by his three meetings with Mr Trump, irrespective of the minimal results obtained.
How are US-North Korea relations?
Negotiations
with North Korea to try to convince it to abandon its controversial
nuclear programme reached a peak last year when Mr Trump and North
Korean leader Kim Jong-un held a summit in Singapore.
They both committed to the "complete denuclearisation" of the Korean peninsula, but without clarifying what that meant.
It was hoped their second meeting, in Hanoi in February, would make
some concrete agreement about North Korea handing over its nuclear
programme in exchange for some of the tight sanctions against it being
lifted.
But those talks ended with no deal, as they failed to
agree on the pace at which sanctions should be eased. Since then the
negotiations have stalled, though Mr Kim and Mr Trump have exchanged
letters.
And in May, North Korea carried out new weapons tests widely seen as an attempt to increase pressure on the US.
At Sunday's DMZ meeting their exchanges were largely complimentary.
Mr
Trump - who once referred to Mr Kim as "little rocket man" - called
their friendship "particularly great" and said it was a "great day for
the world".
