NY Times: 전투기 영공침범에 러시아 한국에 "깊은 유감 표현"전달했다고 보도, "한국영공침범 사과한적없다"딴소리
도대체 왜 청와대 문재인 정부는 국민들을 개돼지, 바보, 핫바지 취급하는가? 불과 몇시간전에는 분명히 러시아 전투기가 독도상공의 한국영토를 침범하여, 우리 공군기가 출격하여 260여발의 경고 사격을 했었고, 러시아로 부터 유감의 뜻을 전달받았다고 청와대는 발표 했었는데, 그로부터 불과 4시간도 채 안돼서, 러시아는 영공침범도 없었고, 따라서 한국정부에 사과한일도 없다고 주한 러시아 대사관이 반박것이다. 이에 대해 문재인 정부는 꿀먹은 벙어리로 반격이나 항의를 못하고 있다.
한국의 존재는 러시아가 볼때는 신경써서 외교관계나 군사적 충돌시에 신경쓸 존재가 아님을 우회적으로 반격한것이다. 그증거가 대한항공 민간 여객기를 러시아 전투기가 출격하여 격추시켜 300명 이상의 승객이 공중분해됐었을때도 그냥 당하기만 했던 기억이 아직도 새로운데....
같은 시각 북한은, 러시아소속 선박한척이 북한 해역을 침범한 죄를 물어 압류하여 북한측 항구로 끌고갔다. 이것은 뭘 의미하는가? 과연 문재인정부는 국가영토를 지킬 의지가있는지 궁금하기 짝이없다.
동맹국으로 같이 한배를 타고 가야할 일본에 대해서는, 입에 개거품을 뿜어내면서 악다구니를 쓰다가, 한방에 차이면서, 지금 한국경제가 기둥채 흔들리는 대풍랑을 만났는데도, 계속해서 일본을 헐뜯고 있는것과는 너무도 대조적이잖은가? 대통령 문재인의 일본에 대한 개인 감정의 앙갚음으로, 한국의 경제를 뒤흔드는 역풍을 맞고있는데도 개의치 않고 계속 헐뜯는 그의 행동에서, 국민들은 경제적,외교적으로 큰 고통을 당해야하는 한국의 앞날이 매우 걱정될뿐이다. 왜 러시아에는 반박성명하나 못내는가? 이해가 안된다.

South
Korea’s government said on Wednesday that Moscow had expressed “deep
regret” over the incident that prompted South Korean jets to fire
warning shots near a Russian military plane, but a Russian spokesman
countered that his country had not formally apologized.
The
contrasting — if not quite contradictory — statements, and Russian
objections to parts of the South Korean account, illustrated the tension
over the most serious confrontation in years between the two nations.
On
Tuesday, a Russian military jet flew twice into South Korea’s
territorial airspace, officials in Seoul said, and when it did not
respond to radio warnings, South Korean planes fired shots to ward it off. Russia denied any violation of another country’s airspace.
But
on Wednesday, Yoon Do-han, a spokesman for the South Korean president,
told reporters that a Russian military attaché in Seoul had conveyed
Moscow’s “deep regret” about the incident and had said that the Russian
plane mistakenly deviated from its flight plan. He did not describe the
Russian statement as an outright apology.
A short time
later, the spokesman for the Russian Embassy in Seoul took issue with
that account, though his objections were not entirely clear.
The news agency Interfax
quoted the spokesman, Dmitry Bannikov, as saying that Russian officials
had seen reports on Mr. Yoon’s comments, and that “there are many
things in them that aren’t true.”
“The Russian side did not issue an official apology,” Mr. Bannikov noted, according to the agency.
That appeared to leave open the possibility that the Russians were apologetic in private.
South
Korean officials said that the Russian plane involved in the incident
was a Beriev A-50 equipped with powerful long-range radar to track and
coordinate the movements of multiple aircraft.
It
was in a group of Russian and Chinese military planes conducting a
joint operation over the Sea of Japan, an indication of growing
cooperation between those two powers.
The confrontation took place near a cluster of islands controlled by South Korea but also claimed by Japan.
Moscow
said on Wednesday that it had been involved in a separate confrontation
on the Korean Peninsula after North Korea seized a Russian fishing ship
and its crew.
A statement posted on
Facebook by the Russian Embassy in Pyongyang said that North Korea had
made the seizure on July 17, claiming that the vessel had violated rules
for entering the country. The crew members were said to include 15
Russians and two South Koreans.
The Russians said that they had visited the Russian crew members and were working with North Korea to resolve the matter.
주한 러시아대사관 “韓 영공 침범 사과한 적 없다”
주한 러시아대사관은 자국 군용기의 한국 영공 침범을 인정하고 사과한 적이 없다고 24일(현지 시각) 거듭 밝혔다.
러시아 대사관은 이날 트위터에 "러시아가 ‘기술적 실수’로 발생한 23일 사건과 관련해 공식적으로 ‘깊은 유감을 표했다’는 윤도한 청와대 국민소통수석의 발표와 관련한 언론 보도는 사실이 아니다"고 했다.
그러면서 "러시아 항공우주군 군용기의 한국 영공 침범 사실은 확인되지 않았다"며 "러시아는 규정에 따라 사건에 대해 면밀히 조사한 후 공식 입장을 한국에 전달할 것"이라고 했다.

드미트리 반니코프 주한 러시아대사관 공보관도 이날 러시아 인테르팍스통신과 인터뷰에서 "이번 사건에 대해 한국 측에 공식 사과하지 않았다"고 밝혔다.
그는 "우리는 윤 수석의 발언을 인용한 한국 언론의 보도를 주목했다"며 "러시아 입장에서 볼때 사실과 다른 것들이 많았다"고 주장했다.
러시아 군용기의 한국 영공 침범 사태를 둘러싼 양국 정부의 주장은 엇갈리고 있다.
앞서
러시아는 지난 23일 중국 폭격기와 합동비행을 하면서 한국방공식별구역(KADIZ)을 침범하고 조기경보통제기로 독도 영공을
2차례나 침범했다. 이에 우리 공군은 F-15K와 KF-16 등 공군 전투기 18대를 긴급 출격 시켜 20발의 플레어(섬광탄)
투하와 360발의 경고 사격을 했다.
이와 관련, 청와대는 24일
오전 "러시아 측이 이번 사태에 대해 깊은 유감을 표했다"고 밝혔다. 그러나 같은날 오후 러시아 국방부는 타스통신을 통해 한국
영공 침범 사실을 부인하고, 오히려 우리 조종사들이 러시아 군용기의 비행 항로를 방해하고 안전을 위협했다고 주장했다. 반나절 만에
입장을 번복한 것이다.
