설마설마 했는데, 결국 미북회담은 없던일로 돼버리고 말았다. 트럼프 대통령이 직접 친서를 써서, 서명까지하고 전달했다고 하니, 더 이상 재론의 여지가 없어졌다고 하겠다.
트럼프 대통령은, 오랫동안 준비해온 싱가폴 정상회담을 무척하고 싶었었는데, 현재의 상태에서 회담을 하는것을 알맹이도 없고, 적절치도 않아보이며, 매우 안타까운 일이라고 선을 그었다.
문통을 비롯한 한국의 외무부는 뭐하는 집단들인가? 문통이 와싱턴 방문을 하지 않았더라면 결과는 이렇게 하룻사이에 180도 돌변하지는 않았을것 같은 아쉬움이 있다. 문통이 백악관 정상회담에서 한말은, 여러 변수가 있을수 있지만, 회담은 확실히 개최될것으로 확신한다는, 격식을 높혀 표현 한다면, "내체면좀 세워 주시요"식의 구름잡는 소리만 되풀이 했으니, 그말뜻은 간접적으로 김정은이의 속내를 대신 전해주는,Errand Boy역활도 제대로 하지 못하는, 대한민국 망신만 시고 왔다는 증거다.
Trump의 지론데로 라면, Deal은 100% 확실해야 한다고 여러번 천명했었다. 이 Rule을 적용한다면, 문대통령은 Deal하러 와싱턴 갔었는데, 아무런 Deal 성사를 못시켰으니, 전용비행기 사용부터 모든 경비를 다 계산해서 국고에 반납시켜야 할것으로 사료된다.
트럼프가 서신에 서명하는 그시간에 북한의 풍계리 핵실험장에서는 Detonation을 하고 있었다고 한다. 참관한 외신기자들의 카메라와 Cell Phone을 전부 압수하고 들여 보낸 북한 김정은 Regime의 흉계에 Trump가 박수칠거라고 생각한 사람은, 문대통령과 김정은이었을 것이다.
이시점에서 한국의 외무장관과 미국의 외무장관격인, Secretary of State 의 역활이 확연히 눈에 띈다.
실무역활을 국무장관은 앞서서 다하고 있다는것을 훤히 볼수 있는데, 한국의 외무장관은 어디에서 무얼 하는지 그동선을 확인할수없다. 그럴바에야 차라리 공석으로 놔두었으면 비난이나 안받았을텐데...
이번 와싱턴 방문에서도, 판문점 선언에서도 한국외무장관의 역활은 없었다.
트럼프가 문재인 대통령을 믿지 않고,따라서 정상회담에서도 격식갖추어 대접해주지 않은 이유는 크게 두가지로 볼수 있을것 같다.
첫째로, 트럼프가 생각하는 대한민국의 대통령 문재인은 미국을 혈맹으로 생각하기 보다는 차라리 김정은의 대변인 역활을 하는 어설픈, 함량미달인 인간으로 봤고, 그증거가 중국의 시진핑에게 두번씩이나 찾아가, 군신관계에서나 볼수있는 90도로 읍소하는모습에서, 그리고 판문점 선언에서 그가 도출해 낸 결과는 겉포장만된, 알맹이가 하나도 없다는것을 간파했기 때문이었다고 본다.
두번째는, 지금 대한민국은 문재인 대통령이 촛불로 집권한 이후, 총칼을 마구잡이로 휘둘러, 죄없는 사람들, 특히 전직 대통령과 관리들을 모두 잡아다 감옥에 가두는 경찰국가로 전락한 무서운 사회주의 국가로 바뀌어 가고 있는데, 그우두머리가 바로 문재인 대통령이라는 점을 인식한 것이다. 문통의 통치 철학은, 인재 등용방법은, 국가를 대통령을 받들어 잘 운영할 자질을 점검하는것 보다는, 그가 야인 시절에 촛불집회에 성실했고, 보수정책을 비판했던 자들만 등용시켜, 국가를 완전히 두패로 갈라놓고, 그로 인해 경제는, 지금 현재 전세계가 호황의 길로 가는데, 거꾸로 뒷걸음질 치고있는데도, 대통령 문재인의 정책에서는 진정한 경기부양책을 전연 볼수없다는점을 깊이 통찰한것으로 본다.
현재 대한민국호는, 되돌아올수 없는 나락의 깊은 수렁으로 시속500킬로미터로 질주하고있다고본다.
손익계산이 확실한 Trump대통은, 어쩌면 주한미군주둔에 대한 비용전액을 부담해줄것을 한국정부에 요구할것으로 보인다. 속으로는 쓰리지만, 결국 문재인 대통령은 그요구를 들어줄수밖에 없다고 본다. 그래도 김정은이 밑으로 들어가는것 보다는 좋은 조건인것을 알기 때문일 것이다. 결국 죄없는 국민들만 안에서 치이고 밖에서 치이고, 눈물 흘리는 판이 돼가고 있다.

Trump on Thursday canceled asummit next month with North Korean leader
Kim Jong Un, citing “tremendous anger and open hostility” from the rogue
nation in a letter explaining his abrupt decision.
“I
feel it is inappropriate, at this time, to have this long-planned
meeting,” Trump wrote to Kim in a letter the White House released
Thursday morning.
The summit — which had the potential to be a major diplomatic victory for Trump — had been planned for June 12 in Singapore.
Speaking
later at the White House, Trump sounded a bellicose note, relaying that
the U.S. military is “ready if necessary” to take action against North
Korea if it engages in a “foolish or reckless act” and that South Korea
and Japan are willing to shoulder the costs.
At
the same time, Trump held open the possibility that he and Kim could
meet at a later date to discuss denuclearization of the Korean
Peninsula, which Trump has been pushing.
“While
many things can happen and a great opportunity lies ahead potentially, I
believe that this is a tremendous setback for North Korea and indeed a
setback for the world,” Trump said, adding that the United States will
continue to impose tough economic sanctions against the nation.
After an emergency meeting at midnight with his top aides, South Korean
President Moon Jae-in said he was “very perplexed and sorry” that the
summit had been canceled.
“The denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and
ensuring a permanent peace are historic tasks that cannot be delayed or
forsaken,” he said, adding that he did not believe that the “sincerity”
of Kim or Trump had changed.
“It is difficult
to deal with these sensitive and difficult diplomatic problems with this
current way of communicating,” Moon said, urging the two leaders to
have direct dialogue.
Trump’s
decision came amid hostile warnings from North Korea in recent days
that it was reconsidering its participation, including a statement that
the United States must decide whether to “meet us in a meeting room or
encounter us at [a] nuclear-to-nuclear showdown.”
A
close aide to Kim unleashed a torrent of invective against the Trump
administration Thursday morning, calling Vice President Pence a
“political dummy” for remarks he made Monday in a television interview
that referred to the downfall of the late Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi.
North
Korea has bristled at Trump administration suggestions that it follow
the “Libyan model” to abandon its nuclear efforts. Gaddafi was killed in
2011 in a Western-backed intervention after giving up his nuclear
materials in 2003 and 2004 in what amounted to a relatively quick
process.
“I was very much looking forward to being there with you,” Trump said in
his letter to Kim. “The world, and North Korea in particular, has lost a
great opportunity for lasting peace and great prosperity and wealth.”
White House aides had grown concerned because North
Korea had not responded to summit planning requests and had canceled a
logistics meeting, said a senior White House official, who spoke on the
condition of anonymity to be candid about the sensitive issue.
Many
details needed to be settled within days for the summit to happen, this
official said, adding that the White House did not want an embarrassing
situation of “losing the upper hand.”
U.S.
officials had begun signaling to other countries late last week that the
summit could be postponed, and they appeared concerned that the meeting
would not yield a clear result, said a foreign diplomat familiar with
preparations.
