더많은 희생자가 생기고, 혼란속의 재앙을 만들고 말았다고 격하게 비난 했었다.
오바마 대통령의, 현행정부에 대한 비난은, 내가 이해하기로는, 다분히 민주당 대선후보, Joe Biden의 선거운동을 하고 있다는 냄새가 많이 났었다.

그러나 한발 뒤로 물러서서, 정말로 미국의 Covid-19방역대책이 방향을 잘못향해 가는게 걱정돼고, 불안했었다고 느꼈으면, 언론에 나와서 비난하기전에
한번쯤 백악관의 트럼프 대통령이나 아니면 보좌관들과 만나, 자기의 생각을 설명해주었으면 더 값진 충언으로 받아 들였을수도 있었을텐데...
트럼프 대통령과 Pence부통령의 보좌관까지도 Covid-19양성 확진자가 되여 격리수용되는 어려움속에서 전염병 퇴치를 위해 고군분트하는 백악관에
시샛말로 표현한다면,"너희들 엿좀 먹어봐라, 혼좀 나봐라"라는 냉소를 보낸것으로 나는 이해한다.
오바마 대통령 8년업적을 본다면, 나는 별로 머리에 떠오르는게 없다. 미국내의 곡간은 텅 비어가는데, 포퓰리즘을 염두에 둔 원조로, 실업율은 근래에 드물게 최고를 이루었었고,수많은 기업들이 감당할수없는 세금에, 탈미국정책을 세워 가까이는 멕시코로 중국으로 그외 세계 여러나라로 짐을 싸서 떠났었다.
군사적인면에서도, 그가 선거공약으로 내세우기는 했었지만, 이락에서 아직도 반군세력이 완전소탕되지 않았는데도, 당선되면 미군완전 철수를 주장했었다. 당선후 그는 바로
이락에서 미군철수를 해서, 왕성하게 테러행위를 일삼던 반군세력들이 이락북쪽지역의 모슬지역을 점령하여, 그곳에서 훈련받은 반군들이 시리아에 파견되여, ISIS테러조직으로 활동하면서 시리아의 내전을 부추기고, 현재는 미국과 러시아의 대리전쟁이 계속되게, 원인제공을 한것으로 나는 이해하고 있다. 모슬지역은 걸프전때, 한국군이 파견되여 임무수행을 하던곳으로, 한국군이 지역 치안을 담당하면서 반군세력을 제압하여, 모슬지역의 이락국민들로 부터 칭송을 많아 받았던 곳이었었다.
공화당 상원의원은, Paul Rand씨는, 오바마 대통령은, 당시 부통령이었던, Joe Biden의 아들, Hunter Biden이 Ukraine 사업 스캔달에 연루되여 있음을 알고 있으면서도, 이를 제지하지 않고 넘겼다고 비난을 했었다. (CNN)Former President Barack Obama delivered a blistering critique of the Trump administration's response to the coronavirus crisis, describing it as "an absolute chaotic disaster" during a private call Friday night with people who worked for him in the White House and across his administration.
The
searing comments, confirmed to CNN by three former Obama administration
officials on the call, offered the starkest assessment yet from the
former president about how President Donald Trump and his team have handled the deadly pandemic and why he believes Democrats must rally behind former Vice President Joe Biden to defeat Trump in November.
In
a 30-minute conversation with members of the Obama Alumni Association,
the former president said the response to the coronavirus outbreak
served as a critical reminder for why strong government leadership is
needed during a global crisis. The call was intended to encourage former
Obama staffers to become more engaged in Biden's presidential campaign.
Former President Barack Obama on Friday said that the Trump administration’s response to the coronavirus
pandemic has been an “absolute chaotic disaster” and blamed it on a
“selfish” and “tribal” mindset that has become operationalized in
government.
“This election that’s coming up on every level is so
important because what we’re going to be battling is not just a
particular individual or a political party. What we’re fighting against
is these long-term trends in which being selfish, being tribal, being
divided, and seeing others as an enemy — that has become a stronger

Obama’s remarks, reported by Yahoo News, came as part of a web talk with members of the Obama Alumni Association -- former members of his administration.
He mentioned the coronavirus response as he urged ex-administration members to help former Vice President Joe Biden beat President Trump in November.
“It’s part of the reason why the response to this global crisis has been so anemic and spotty. It would have been bad even with the best of governments. It has been an absolute chaotic disaster when that mindset — of ‘what’s in it for me’ and ‘to heck with everybody else’ — when that mindset is operationalized in our government,” he said.
“That’s why, I, by the way, am going to be spending as much time as necessary and campaigning as hard as I can for Joe Biden,” he said.
OBAMA SAYS 'RULE OF LAW IS AT RISK' AFTER DOJ DROPPED FLYNN CASE
It comes as a partial response to criticism aimed at Obama’s administration by Trump, who has partly blamed some sluggishness in the initial response to the crisis on limited stockpiles.
“But they also gave us empty cupboards. The cupboard was bare. You’ve heard the expression: “The cupboard was bare. So we took over a stockpile where the cupboard was bare and where the testing system was broken and old,” he said from the White House in April. “And we redid it.”

In the chat, Obama weighed in on a number of issues -- including the decision by the DOJ to seek to drop the case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
"That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk. And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we’ve seen in other places,” he said.
