청와대 떠나는 문재인에, 김돼지가 문재인을 칭찬 했다는데, 이유가 궁금하네...

 청와대 떠나는 문재인에, 김돼지가 칭찬 했다는데, 이유가 궁금하네...또 어떤 꿍꿍이속이 그안에 담겨 있을까? 간접적으로 윤석열 대통령을 비난하기위한 수작은 아닐까? 아니면 3주전에 문재인이, 김돼지에게 읍소와 함께 감사의 편지(?)보낸데 대한 답변인 것일까? 

북괴 김정은이가, 임기를 마치고 떠나는 문재인에게, 남북한간 관계를 증진시킬려고 노력한데 대해 감사함을 표했다. 이러한 제스처는 매우 드문 행동이었는데, 전문가들은 이러한 표현으로는 남북간에 긴장상태가 증가하고 있는 대치상태를 완와시키는데는 턱없이 부족할뿐이라고 했다.

청와대를 떠나기 3주도 채 안남은 시점에서 문재인과 김돼지가 서신을 교환한후에 나온 발언의 그 목적은 뭘 의미하는것일까? 문제는 보수주의를 주창하는 윤석열 당선자가 대북관계에 대해 이전과는 다르게 강력하게 대응할것이라는 신호를 보낸데 대한 답변이 아닐까라는 생각이다.

전문가들의 분석에 따르면, 북괴는 여러각도에서 남북관계개선을 위한 메세지를 보냈었고, 동시에 문재인의 바통을 이어받는 윤석열에게 관계가 악화되면 그책임을져야 할것이라는 경고메세지가 들어 있는것으로 분석한다. 

북괴중앙방송은 두정상간에 서신교환이 있었음을 발표하면서, 예상치않게 북괴가 남북간에 경색되여 있던 관계를, 좌파 문재인 정부가 들어 서면서 그관계를 개선할려는 노력을 한것에 이례적으로 찬사를 보냈던 점을 보도했던 것이다. 

"김정은이는 문재인정부가 화해를 할려고 임기끝날까지 노력한점을 높이 감사한다, 동시에 두정상간에 서신교환은 '그들사이의 깊은 신뢰'을 의미한다"라는 내용의 북괴중앙방송이 보도한 것이다.

2018년에 3번의 정상회담을 갖었었고 그들은 평화, 화해를 약속했었으나, 북괴가 남한정부가 개성에 건축한 남북연락사무소를 일방적으로 폭파시키는 만행을 포함한 파괴행위를 자행하면서, 남북관계는 악화일로를 걸어왔었다.

2020년에 문재인정부가 700억원을 들여 건물외부를 파란 유리로 장식한 아름답게 건축한 남북연락사무소를 2018년에 폭파 시켰었다.  그이유는 아주 단순했다.  탈북민들과 우리국민들이 합동으로 임진각에서 대형풍선에, 구호물자와 미국달러 그리고 북한밖에서 일어나고 있는 지구촌 뉴스를 실어, 날려 보내는 행위가 북괴를 자극한다해서 하지 말라는 경고를 했었지만, 이를 명령을 문재인이가 이행하지 않자 그보복으로 폭한 시킨것인다(엉뚱하게도 건물이 폭파된후에, 문재인은 법을 제정하여 원천적으로 대형풍선 띄우기를 완전히 막아 버렸다).   

남북 리더들은 지난해에 서신을 교환하면서 경색된 남북관계를 개선할 방법을 찾았으나, 김정은 집단이, 문재인 정부가 대량살상무기를 개발했다는 이유를 들어 이는 분명히 "이중플레이"라는 트집을 잡아 아무런 진전이 이루어지지 않았던 것이다.

북괴의 성명서는 문재인이가 청와대를 떠난후에 남북화해무드를 조성할수있는 가능성을 열어둔 내용으로 이해될수 있지만,네델란드 소재 Leiden University대학의 한반도 전문교수인 Christopher Green교수는, 문재인의 좌파성향 정치색을 고려해 봤을때 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 기대는 거의 불가능하다는 진단을 내린다. 

"거짖의 가면을 쓰고 거짖평화를 부르짖은, 지난 5년간의 문재인 대통령직 수행으로, 특히 지난 8개월동안에 북괴가 쏘아올린 미사일 발사  시험후에도, 이들 두정상은 계속적으로 서로 신뢰한다는 편지를 주고 받은것이다"라고  Green교수는 설명한다.

'삶은 소대가리'라고 지렁이 취급할때는 언제고, 또 다시 문재인을 추겨 세우는 한마디에 다시 "감사합니다''로 읍소할것으로 응답할 문재인을 생각하면, 김돼지가 지난 5년간 문재인을, 장난감 갖이고 즐기듯이, 남북관계를 맘데로 주물렀었다는 뜻이다. 

이제 문재인이가 청와대를 떠나자마자, 그가 지난 5년동안에 남북관계에서 저지른 반역행위는 낱낱히 세상에 밝혀질 것으로 믿어 의심치 않는다. 개성연락사무소폭포당시에, 문재인과 이인영 그리고 더불당 찌라시들은 단 한마디의 비난이나 항의가 없었던점에서, 문과 김돼지간에 비밀리에 이어지고 있었던 Conspiracy의 내막이 밝혀질것으로 기대해 본다.

SEOUL — North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has thanked South Korea’s outgoing president for trying to improve relations, a rare gesture of goodwill but one that analysts said may not be enough to head off growing tension between the two Koreas.

The warm words from North Korea to President Moon Jae-in came in an exchange of letters less than three weeks before Moon leaves office to be replaced by a conservative leader who has already signaled a tougher line on North Korea

Analysts were skeptical that North Korea’s message heralded a broader improvement in relations, and warned that the praise for Moon could be a bid to portray his successor, Yoon Suk-yeol, as responsible for any further deterioration in ties.

North Korean state media was the first to report the exchange and the unexpected North Korean plaudits for the stalled effort by Moon and his liberal administration to engage.

“Kim Jong Un appreciated the pains and effort taken by Moon Jae-in for the great cause of the nation until the last days of his term of office,” North Korea’s state news agency reported.

The exchange of letters was an “expression of their deep trust,” it said.

The letters come against a backdrop of tension since a failed North Korea-U.S. summit in 2019, exacerbated last month when North Korea launched intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM), breaking a self-imposed 2017 moratorium.

Moon sent a letter on Wednesday and promised to try to lay a foundation for unification based on joint declarations reached at summits in 2018, despite the “difficult situation,” the North’s KCNA news agency said.

Moon’s office confirmed that he had exchanged “letters of friendship” with Kim.

Moon said the “era of confrontation” should be overcome with dialog, and that inter-Korean engagement was now a task for the next administration, his spokeswoman, Park Kyung-mee, told a briefing. Moon also expressed hope for the swift resumption of U.S.-North Korea denuclearisation talks.

North Korea’s Kim said in his reply on Thursday that their “historic” summits gave the people “hope for the future,” and the two agreed that ties would develop if both sides “make tireless efforts with hope,” KCNA reported.

The exchange came as U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Sung Kim was in South Korea for talks. The U.S. envoy has said he is open to sitting down with the North at any time without preconditions, but it was unclear whether Moon’s letter specifically proposed a meeting.

Analysts questioned the North’s true intentions.

“This looks more like another step in building the pretext to blame Yoon for more escalation from North Korea, rather than an olive branch to Yoon or Biden,” said Markus Garlauskas, a senior fellow with the Atlantic Council think tank and former U.S. national intelligence officer for North Korea.

Yang Moo-jin, a professor at the University of North Korean Studies in Seoul, said the letters could signal to Yoon that the door for inter-Korean cooperation was still open, and a potential seventh nuclear test by the North or any other future action would hinge on the new government’s approach.

Yoon takes office on May 10. He has said that he is open to dialog but greater military deterrence and closer ties with the United States are needed to counter the North’s “provocations.”

Tension escalated when North Korea last month conducted its first full ICBM test since 2017, and there are concerns that it is preparing to restart nuclear testing.

Moon staked his legacy on improving inter-Korean ties and helped arrange unprecedented meetings between Kim Jong Un and then U.S. President Donald Trump in 2018 and 2019.

The three summits held by Kim and Moon in 2018 promised peace and reconciliation but relations have deteriorated, with the North warning of destructive action and demolishing facilities built by South Korean firms for joint projects.

In 2020, the North spectacularly blew up a joint liaison office on the border. Moon’s government had spent 9.78 billion won ($8.6 million) in 2018 to renovate the gleaming blue-glass structure.

The two leaders briefly sought to mend ties last year through exchanges of letters, but little progress has been made as Pyongyang criticized Seoul’s “double standards” over its weapons development.

North Korea’s statement left open the possibility that Moon could have a role as an envoy after he leaves office, but Christopher Green, a Korea specialist at Leiden University in the Netherlands, said it was unlikely to have a positive impact on Moon’s reputation.

The statement could stir domestic controversy in the South by portraying Moon as “a deluded peacenik who, after all the weapons tests North Korea has conducted in the last eight months, is still writing convivial letters to Kim,” Green said.

 동북아에 군사적 긴장감이 팽배해지는 가운데, 일본 지상군 수십년만에 처음 대대적인 방어 군사훈련하는데...우리는? 김정은의 눈치 보느라 한미 합동연합군사도 축소해서 하거나 아예 하지 않는다.  그런데도 김정은 Regime은 우리 대한민국에 대해 하고싶은 비난, 행동, 불법전쟁무기 발사...등등의 공갈 위협을 해대는데....좌파 문재인과 서욱국방장관 그리고 이인영 통일부장관 등등의 골수 좌파들은 한마디라도 대응하는것은 고사하고 김정은의 눈치 살피는데 나라의 온 정보력을 탕진하지만 얼간이 짖만하는것 외에는 국가보위를 위한 행동을 하는걸 보질 못했다. 

지구상에서 가장 악독하고, 악질적으로 자국민들을 억압하고, 한국을 비롯한, 자유를 생활화 하고 있는 이웃나라들을 툭하면 불법미사일 발사와 핵실험으로 위협하면서도, 자국민들에게 먹거리 제공도 못해주는 나라의 북괴 김정은 집단의 만행에 가장 최일선에서 감당해야하는 나라가 우리 대한민국인다. 

그다음으로 위협을 느끼는 나라는, 김정은 Regime을 포함한 동북아의 공산세력들과 대치하고있는 일본이다.  일본은 태평양에 진출 하려는 중국공산세력을 막아내기위해, QUAD라는 태평양 방어조직을, 미국이 주동이되여 동맹국들과 협의하고 작전을 실행하고 있는 인도 오스트랄리아에 멤버로 조인하여 활동중에 있는데, 물론 미국은 우리 대한민국에 먼저 협력의지를 물었지만, 문재인 정권은 중국의 시진핑의 눈치만 보기에 급급한 나머지, 반대의견을 내서, 이들 서방나라들로 부터 왕따를 당하고 말았다. 자연적으로 일본역시 한국과 군사정보교환이 막힌것은 어쩌면 당연한 결과라고 생각된다. 이북을 포함한 동북아의 공산세력팽창을 막위해서는, 우리 대한민국은 미국보다 더 긴밀하게 일본과 밀착 협의 해야하는 절박한 상황인데도....

매년 연례행사처럼 해오던 한미연합군사훈련도 문재인 정부는 마지못해 하면서도 규모를 줄이거나, 또 어떤해에는 아예 취소하는 우를 범해오고 있는, 미국과 서방세계 동맹국들을 매우 걱정하게 하는 반국가 방어정책으로 외나무 줄타기를 하고 있는 문재인 정부다.

일본이 지난 30년 동안에 한번도 훈련해온적이 없는, 일본자위대(GSDF) 지상군이 드디어 대규모 군사훈련을, 혹시도 발생할수있는 군사적 충돌을 잘 헤쳐나가기위한 자위책으로, 실시하게 된다고 발표한것이다.  지난 9월중순 이후로 자위대 병력 100,000명, 차량 20,000대 그리고 120여대의 비행기가 참가하는, 여러종류의 가상 적을 퇴치할수있는 방어훈련을 해오고 있다.

지난 최근 몇년 동안에 인도-태평양지역은, 일본이 제2차 세계대전이 끝난이후로 안보환경이 최악으로 변질되여 인접국간에 긴장감이 최고조로 첨예하게 대립하고 있는 상황이라고 자위대 고위관계자는 주변 상황에 대해 설명을 하고 있다.

"이번 자위대의 군사훈련은 적절하고 효과적인 대응을 위한 훈련이고, 적의침투를 무력화 시키고, 방어능력을 증가시키기위한 훈련에 중점을 두고 있다. 각부대는 이러한 훈련의 성과를 이루기위해 하나하나 직접 경험하는 훈련을 하고있고, 이렇게 모든 준비를 철저히 해서, 이에 대처하기위한 더 군사적 행동이 필요한지의 여부를 결정하는데 중점을 두면서, 자신감을 갖고 대응하는 훈련이이다"라고 자위대 대변인,  대령Noriko Yokota가 자세히 설명해주고 있다.  

이번주초에 북한은 잠수함에서 대륙간 탄도미사일( new ballistic missile from a submarine)을 발사하여 동해의 목표지점에 떨어뜨렸었다.  같은 즈음에 중국은 대만의 영공지역에 수많은 전투기들( military jets)을 출격시키면서 대만을 위협하는 군사적 압력을 행사했었다.

일본 자위대가 훈련을 실시하면서, 직접적으로 해당되는 국가를 명시하지는 않았지만, 자위대의 관계자들은 이지역의 군사적 충돌 가능성이 상존하고 있음을 상기시켰으며,  그중의 한나라는(아마도 내추측으로는 '북한') 핵무기개발, 탄도미사일과 군비증강방지 시스템에 역행하는 짖을 하고 있다고 강조했다. 

"현재 일본을 중심으로한 안보체계의 위협은 과거 어느때보다 심각하다.  우리 자위대는 이러한 위협에 효과적으로 대처하기위한 전술을 강화해야하는 필요성을 절실히 느끼고 있는 것이다"라고 자위대의 2사단장, 육군중장 Yuichi Togashi씨는 설명한다.

일본의 입장에서 보면 이번 방어전쟁훈련의 중요성을  심각성을 전에는 느낀적이 없었다. 

"일본을 중심으로한 지역안보 상황이 지금처럼 심각하게 느껴본적은 없었다. 이런 상황에서 우리자위대는 앞으로 발생할수있는 모든 상황을 염두에 두고 방어훈련을 하고 있는 것이다" 라고  Yakota씨는 상황설명한다. 

1954년 일본의 자위대가 창설된 이후,  실질적으로 발생할수있는 모든 전쟁상황을 가상하고,이렇게 대규모 훈련을 하는것은 처음이다. 그뜻은 바로 이러한 군사훈련은 동맹국들이 전쟁에서 함께 싸워 승리하는 것과 같은 군사훈련이다. 이번 훈련은 11월중순경에 끝마치게된다.  

지금 대한민국은 내년도 초에 있게될 대선준비에 나선, 자칭 타칭 후보자들이 전국을 순회하면서 열띤 공방을 펼치고 있으나, 북괴의 위협에 대한 방어대책을 발표한 자는 한명도 없고,  서로간에 인신공격하는데만 에너지를 다 소진하고 있다. 이와 동승하여 국민들의 정신적 상태도 완전히 썩어서 하나도 다를게 없어 보이기는 마찬가지다.  문재인 정권과 더불당 찌라시들은 종전선언협약,미군철수 또는 전작권이양만 매일같이 외쳐대고 있다. 정말로 모든 준비가 갖추어진 상태에서 주장한다면 그이상 바랄게 없겠지만....

북괴의 전쟁위협을 가장 많이 받고있는 우리대한민국의 문재인 좌파정부의 방어태세 준비는, 지난 5년동안, 그가 북괴의 불법무기 개발과, 서울 불바다 위협으로 공갈칠때마다, 이에 상응하는 결연한 대처자세를 발표한적을 본적이 없었고, 대신에 탈북민들을 포함한 우리 국민들이 정성을 모아, 북한 주민들에게 외부세계를 알려주고 먹거리를 보내주기위한 최소한의 동족애를 알려주기위한, 대형풍선 띄우는 행동 마져도, 북한을 자극한다는 불법행동으로 규정하고, 아예 이러한 풍선날리기를 원천적으로 막아 버렸었다.

Hijudai Manuvering Area, Oita, Japan (CNN)For the first time in almost 30 years, Japan's Ground Self-Defense Force (GSDF) is conducting a massive nationwide military exercise to prepare troops for potential conflict.

Since mid-September, about 100,000 personnel, 20,000 vehicles and 120 aircraft have been participating in various exercises across the country focused on operational readiness.

In recent years, the Indo-Pacific regional has become a focal point of tension, with GSDF officials saying the security environment surrounding Japan is the worst it's been since the end of World War II.

"This Ground Self-Defense Force exercise is truly focused on improving operational effectiveness, deterrence and response capabilities," said Col. Noriko Yokota, GSDF spokesperson.

"Each unit is conducting the exercise with an eye to what is necessary to achieve this goal. They are preparing themselves so that they can respond with confidence when they are forced to take further action."

Since mid-September, about 100,000 personnel have been participating in various drills across the country.

Earlier this week, North Korea said it had successfully test-fired a new ballistic missile from a submarine that landed in the Sea of Japan, also known as the East Sea. Meanwhile, further south, China has been ramping up pressure on Taiwan by sending military jets into its Air Defense Identification Zone.

Without identifying any country by name, GSDF officials say regional powers are willing to change the status quo by force -- and one country in particular continues to develop nuclear weapons, missiles and challenge the non-proliferation system.

"The current security environment surrounding Japan is extremely severe," said Lt. Gen. Yuichi Togashi, Commanding General of the 2nd Division GSDF. "We, the Self-Defense Forces, are required to enhance the effectiveness of operations."

Japan's Ground Self-Defense Force is conducting a massive nationwide self-defense exercise.

Building a defensive force

Troops from the GSDF 2nd Division in Asahikawa, Hokkaido traveled about 2,000 kilometers (1,242 miles) to the Hijudai Manuvering Area in Japan's Oita prefecture to perform defensive combat drills.

Since arriving in September, they've spent weeks building out logistic areas, command posts, battlefield positions and underground triage units. Some are built underground and all are covered in camouflage, making them difficult to identify.

GSDF officials say the drill isn't taking place to prepare for potential conflict against in any specific region or against any particular country.

But the training environment at Hijudai Manuvering Area has similar terrain to what troops would experience if war broke out in Japan's southern islands. That includes the Senkaku islands -- an uninhabited rocky island chain in the East China Sea -- administered by Tokyo but claimed by Beijing, where the islands are known as Diayou.

Tensions over the uninhabited rocky chain -- 1,900 kilometers (1,200 miles) southwest of Tokyo but only a third of that distance from Shanghai -- have simmered for years, and claims over them date back centuries.

The GSDF 2nd Division in Asahikawa, Hokkaido travelled to Hijudai Manuvering Area for the drills.

Japanese Defense Minister Nobuo Kishi recently told CNN the islands are unquestionably Japanese territory and would be defended as such.

"(The) Senkaku islands are an inherent part of Japanese territory, both according to international law and looking historically," Kishi said.

"There is no territorial dispute relating to the Senkaku islands between Japan and other countries. Against Chinese action to Senkaku islands and other parts of the East China Sea, we have to keep sending strong message.

"As Japan's Defense Ministry and self-defense forces, we have to build up our own military capabilities as well as to respond to this situation."

Troops training on southern islands

In a marked departure from Japan's post-World War II pacifism, the combat training portion of the drill at the Hijudai Manuvering Area includes unscripted simulated war games.

The GSDF 2nd Division was broken up into two teams to simulate invaders and defenders with the aim of taking out rival combatants and practicing first aid.

Instead of live ammunition, troops on the ground are armed with simulation weapons that fire lasers. The troops' uniforms, tanks and other vehicles are all lined with sensors that notify them if they've been killed or injured by the enemy.

The combat focused training portion of the drill at Hijudai Manuvering Area includes unscripted simulated wargames.

In the simulated combat drill, if someone is hit, troops on the battlefield apply first aid in the field before taking the individual to a triage unit. Depending on the severity of the simulated injury, injured troops are treated and return to the battlefield or are medevacked to hospital to receive more specialized care.

Other troops are being deployed for drills on Japan's southern islands -- Miyako Island, Amami Oshima, and Yonaguni Island, with the latter just 234 kilometers (145 miles) from Taiwan.

"The deployment of troops in the southwest region is a major concept of the Ground Self-Defense Force," Yokota said. "We believe that it is important for the SDF to deploy troops wherever they are needed."

For Japan, these war games have never been more important.

"We are now aware that the security environment surrounding Japan is unprecedentedly severe," Yakota said.

"In this context, we, the Self-Defense Forces, are preparing for all kinds of contingencies, considering that we have to respond to all kinds of situations."

Since Japan's GSDF was established in 1954, the force has never been involved in actual conflict -- meaning drills like this are the closest members have ever come to fighting a war. The drills end in mid-November.
