한국 정부의 소식통에 의하면, 문재인 대통령은 지난번 미국방문시, 트럼프대통령으로부터 김정은(North Korean leader Kim Jong Un)에 전달할 메세지를 갖고있다고한다.
메세지 내용은 현재의 답보상태인 문제, 미국과 북한과의 관계개선을 위한 긍정적인 내용 등등이다.
김정은이 지난번 2차 회담 결렬후 처음 문재인 대통령과 만나게 될때, 그가 어떤 메세지를 전하게 될가에 대해 매우 궁금해 하고 있을 것이라고 전했다. 그메세지 내용이 크든 작든, 정부 소식통에 따르면, 매우 간단하고 분명한 내용일 것이라고 전했다.
문제는 지금까지 남북한 간에는 김대중때부터 수십번의 회담, 미국과도 1년도 안된 상태에서 2번의 정상회담을 비롯한 고위급 회담이 손가락으로 셀수 없을 만큼 했었고, 그때마다 북한은 배핵화를 약속을 하고 혜택을 받았었지만, 한번도 제대로 이행할 적이 없다는점이다.
문대통령이 트럼프 대통령의 메신저 역활을 하는것은 환영할 일이지만, 북한 내부사정으로 볼때, 김정은이의 독단적인 생각으로 비핵화를 할수있는 의지가 뜻데로 이루어지지 않는다는점이다. 그를 둘러싸고 있는 Inner Circle 멤버들이 비핵화를 할경우, 잘못하면, 낙동강 오리알 신세가 될것이 뻔한데, 순순히 비핵화에 동의할 이유가 없다는 점이다. 미국에서 아무리 사후 보장을 해준다 약속을 해줘도, 그자들은 지금까지 서로 감시하고 세력 다툼위한 암투속에서 현재의 자리를 지켜왔기에, 쉽게 남의 말을 믿으려 하지 않을 것이라는 점이다.
메세지를 전하기위해 남북한 정상회담이 열리게되면, 넋빠진 대한민국민들은 또 환상에 빠져 곧 통일이라도 될것으로 호들갑을 떨것이고 문재인 정부관리들 역시 똑같이 그런 망상을 국민들에게 홍보하기에 열을 올릴것이다. 다람쥐 쳇바퀴도는식의 남북한정상회담, 미북정상회담.... 과연 얼마나 더 두고봐야 하나?
방법은 단 하나다. 세계 각나라들이 거대한 국민세금을 써가면서, 대군을 보유하는 이유는 마지막 최후의 수단으로 필요시 한번 사용하기위해 기약없는 훈련과 예산을 투입하는 것이다. 그최후의 수단을 미국이 사용하지 않았으면 좋겠지만.... 사용하고 안하고는 전적으로 북한 김정은 집단에 달려 있다는 점이다. 알아서 잘 처신해주었으면 북한 주민들도 우선 배고픔은 면할수 있을텐데.....
아직도 정신 못차리고, 지난 수요일 북한방송은 "새로운 유도미사일"을 시험발사했다고 했다. 미국에 대한 협박인것 같지만, 남한 문재인 정부에 경고를 보낸것으로 이해해야 한다. 남한의 강력한 응징이 필요하다.

Seoul (CNN)South Korean President Moon Jae-in has a message from President Donald Trump to relay to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, South Korean diplomatic sources told CNN Friday.
The
message includes "things that matter to the current course of action,
things that have to lead to something positive for the US-DPRK summit," a
source said. "I believe he (Kim) would be very, very curious about what
my President (Moon) would have to say after his meeting with the Trump
administration."
"President
Moon has been clear and simple. Small deal, big deal, good or bad,
something has to happen, the process has to be sustainable," the source
continued.
CNN has reached out to the White House for comment.
Trump and Moon met at the White House a week ago to discuss plans for reviving the diplomatic process between the US and North Korea.
At
the meeting, South Korea and the US "identified we are on the same page
and on what needs to be done," noting that "the utility of the top down
approach is still there," adding that "there is no daylight between the
US and South Korea," a source said.
The
Blue House believes that South Korea is "the architect" of the
diplomatic process, a source said, and it is trying to reignite the
momentum of dialogue toward another North Korea-South Korea summit which
would could then lead to a third US-North Korea summit.
South
Korea believes Kim still wants to negotiate and that his mindset is
that this is a critical juncture and that "unless substantive things
happen by the end of this year, the momentum will die out," a source
said.
On Wednesday, North Korea claimed a "new tactical guided weapons firing test,"
which was directed by Kim. Of the test, the source said, "I think he's
taking care of his domestic audience. Some sources may have suggested
you have to do something to soothe people in North Korea and Pyongyang.
If he really wanted to do a formidable, important, heavy message to the
US or South Korea, he would not have done a minimal test."
The
test came as denuclearization talks between the US and North Korea have
stalled following a failed second summit earlier this year in Vietnam
between Kim and Trump. In February, Trump cut the summit short, and the
two leaders left without a deal.
Recently, Kim and Trump have signaled that they're open to another meeting, but Kim called for the US to stop "its current way of calculation" in its approach to diplomatic talks.
North Korea's Foreign Ministry added to that on Thursday, saying if
the US wishes to continue talks, it should replace US Secretary of
State Mike Pompeo with someone "who is more careful and mature in
communicating with us."
