이건 철부지 아이들 작난도 아니고, 투정도 아니고.... 33살짜리 저능아인지? 아니면 영특한 33짜리 독재자인지? 구분이 잘 안되는, 치매 환자도 아닌, 정말로 빼도 박도 못할 국제적 망나이의 말한마디에 한국을 비롯한 전세계가 난리 법석이니...
차라리 아예 무시해버리고, 상대를 안해주면 될것도 같은데...그리고 더 심하게 주변을 괴롭히면, 그때는 목을 쥐어잡고 귀싸대기 한방 때리면 벌벌 떨텐데.... 이렇게 국제적 힘이 무진장하게 큰데도 이를 사용치 못하고 절절 매다시피 끌려다니는듯한 이해 못할 행동으로 설쳐대게 된데는, 철학과 줏대가 없이 무조건적으로 이북의 김정은을 떠받드는 문재인 한국정부가 그원인이 되고 있음을 직시해야 하는데...
지난해 9월에 개성에 북한 비핵화와 한반도의 긴장상태를 완화 시키기위해, 문재인대통령과 김정은이가 주변국의 동의없이, 일방적으로, 개성 연락사무소를 개설했었다. 그리고 오늘 김정은이는, Hanoi 미북정상회담에서 맺어진 열매가 없음을 분풀이 하듯이, 일방적으로 개성연락사무소에서 철수 해버린 것이다. 이에 대해 당사국인 문재인 한국정부는 꿀먹은 벙어리가 되여, 김정은 집단의 처분만 기다리고 있는, 국제적 광대(Farce)노릇을 하고 있다.
뒷구멍으로 또 어떤 작당을 하고 있는지는 알길이 없으나, 만약에 이러한 커텐속의 협상이나 밀약이 이루어지고 있다면, 그것은 또하나의 퍼주기식 아첨이 섞인 만남일 것이다. 참 한심하다. 남북관계는, 북한 김정은 집단이 마음을 바꾸고 국제사회의 진정한 일원이 되기전에는 물과 기름일 뿐이다.

North Korea has yet to issue any direct
public statement on the decision to withdraw. Chad O'Carroll, an analyst
and chief executive of the Korea Risk Group, said the move was to be
expected following the failure of the Hanoi summit.
"North Korea's pull-out Friday from the Kaesong Liason Office has been on cards since Hanoi, given recent no-shows there," he said on Twitter.
He
added that the move was designed to send a message that from
Pyongyang's perspective "Seoul has insufficient influence" over the
US-North Korea relationship and that intra-Korean talks are increasingly
pointless, "when sanctions prevent practical cooperation."
Following the Trump-Kim summit in Hanoi, the US and South Korea canceled major war games that have long been a source of tensions on the Korean Peninsula in order to "support diplomatic efforts" with Pyongyang.
Speaking
on Thursday, Joseph Dunford, chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff,
said he was "absolutely confident" that smaller exercises held in place
of the traditional war games enabled the US and South Korean forces to
"maintain readiness."
Saying it
was his job to be "the glass half-empty guy when it comes to North
Korean capabilities," Dunford said he still saw a potential but as yet
undemonstrated capability "to match a nuclear weapon with an
intercontinental ballistic missile, and I think its incumbent on the
United States military to be prepared to defend the homeland and our
allies from that eventuality."
앞서 우리 통일부는 이날 "북한이 이날 오전 남북공동연락사무소 연락대표 간 접촉을 통해 ‘북측 연락사무소는 상부의 지시에 따라 철수한다’는 입장을 한국 정부에 통보하고 공동 연락사무소에서 철수했다"고 밝혔다.
AP는 통일부의 발표 내용을 전하며 "공동연락사무소는 남북 화해의 일환으로 지난해 9월에 문을 열었고, 이런 시설은 남북한이 각각 미국이 후원하는 자본주의와 옛 소련이 지원하는 사회주의 국가로 갈라진 후 처음 생긴 것"이라고 설명했다. 앞서 남북은 지난해 6월 남북 고위급 회담에서 개성공단에 남북 공동 연락사무소를 설치키로 합의하고, 그해 9월14일 정식으로 연락사무소를 열고 가동에 들어갔다.
North Korea has withdrawn from the
inter-Korean liaison office which was opened amid a warming of ties last
year to facilitate talks with the South.
Seoul said it was contacted on Friday and informed that the North's staff would be leaving later in the day.It has expressed its regret at the decision and is urging staff from the North to return as soon as possible.
The pullout follows a failed summit between the US and North Korean leaders in Hanoi last month.
The liaison office, located in the North Korean border city of Kaesong, had allowed officials from North and South Korea to communicate on a regular basis for the first time since the Korean War. It is meant to be staffed by up to 20 people from each side.
When the office was opened in September 2018, it was hailed as representing a significant step forward in inter-Korean relations.
The two sides had in the past communicated by fax or special phone lines, which would often be cut when relations soured.
